From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Broker Business Development Manager to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.

As a Broker Business Development Manager , you will have accountability for the strategic growth of key broker & introducer relationships.
Through a solid Account Management and service-driven approach, you will identify growth opportunities, maximise prospects and ensure consistent levels of service akin to the Propels brand.
As part of our ambitious growth plans, you will play an instrumental role in expanding our scope in the specialist intermediary market.
Role responsibilities; Create, own, and implement a strategic plan to increase business volumes from your core brokers Take ownership of key relationships through an engagement and communication plan Be a point of contact for brokers and intermediaries, facilitating the point-of-sale process for deals with accountability for the smooth facilitation of transactions Triage potential opportunities, ensuring the right level of priority is given to each opportunity to achieve SLA's and maximise business opportunities Conduct regular and meaningful account reviews and business updates Build a profitable, well-managed portfolio from your accounts Key skills required; Experience as an Asset Finance sales professional Understanding of broker and intermediary models Providing solutions to complex deals, being able to work with Credit & risk to create customer solutions Account Management experience with a proven track record of developing relationships and opportunities Presentation skills – design and impactful delivery to senior audiences So, why would you want to work here?
