We have a vacancy of a fixed term 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.
The Trust appreciates and values the contribution international nurses bring to the NHS.
We also understand the support overseas nurses need to gain full registration once in the UK (via OSCE) and therefore we only recruit internationally to fill nursing vacancies when we can ensure support is in place.
At this present time we aren't in a position to offer that support and therefore will not accept applications from overseas nurses who only have Part 1 NMC registration.
If that position changes in future we will clearly advertise our opportunities for international nurses to join our nurse team here in Bolton.

Main duties of the job Our nursing team has developed our own Nurse-led Clinics; patient pre-assessment and wound care clinics and also a new nipple tattooing service.
A comprehensive induction programme will be offered to you to extend your clinical skills and communication with Breast Patients.
You should be able to work well as part of team and be able to use your own initiative when required.
Good communication skills are essential as you will be working with patients, their relatives and other members of the health care team.
Experience of working within a Breast unit or an outpatient environment would be an advantage.

We are a team of 20 staff members including Unit managers; Sisters, ANPs, RN's, Band 3 and Band 2 HCA'S Bolton Hospitals NHS Trust Breast Services is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Nursing Breast team.
You will be working over 2 Suites, Evergreen and Sunflower within the hospital, but in the based Evergreen Breast Suite.
Job description Job responsibilities JOB PURPOSE: The Staff Nurse will work as a member of the Breast Services team, delivering, planning and implementing nursing and clinical care to patients.
After appropriate skills assessment, the post holder will be involved in nurse led clinics for pre-operative assessment and post-operative wound care management.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination of clinic lists as directed by the Nurse Manager and Sister.
The role also involves equipment and stock care and maintenance.
They will proactively engages with patients, relatives and carers to seek their views, gain agreement and to keep them informed about their treatment and care, and demonstrate compassion by recognising and responding to individual needs in a warm, thoughtful, sensitive and helpful way.
