Branch Operations Manager

We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to take charge of our satellite location in Willenhall.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the site operations and managing a small team.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently achieved.Team Management: Lead, support, and manage all staff based at the satellite site to ensure smooth operations.Gather information from customers to update our system database accurately.Conduct regular checks on filing systems to ensure rental documentation is complete, customer insurance is valid, and fuel receipts are up-to-date.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience in Vehicle RentalProven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Accuracy and speed in handling administrative tasks.An excellent telephone manner and clear, concise communication skills.Pragmatic, adaptable, and able to work independently, making well-informed, considered decisions.Must have A Full Driving LicenceIf you're ready to take on a new challenge and thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment, we want to hear from you!INDLOW
