The role requires a high level of attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Set and operate the Amada Brake Press to produce parts according to technical drawings and instructions.Verify machine settings to ensure accurate tolerances and machine functions.Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the machine and work area.Follow all required safety procedures before and during operations.Organize the work area efficiently before and after part processing.Load and unload materials onto the machine for processing.
Key Requirements: Minimum of 1 year's experience in setting and operating an Amada Brake Press.At least 1 year's experience with forming various sizes and thicknesses of blanks.Proficient in using Vernier calipers to measure and check job accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
