The Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Website Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and continuous improvement of our online store and associated mobile app.
This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the site meets the highest quality standards, supports customer journeys effectively, and drives revenue through optimising customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:       Creative & Content Co-ordination    Work closely with our creative and visual content teams to not only meet content requirements for our site but strive to achieve visual excellence through digital experiences.
Ensure all required assets for onsite launches, campaigns and promotions are briefed, received and displayed in a timely, accurate manner.
Take responsibility for the accuracy of marketing and operational messaging on both the website and app and ensure this is updated as appropriate.
Site Management & Quality Assurance Conduct regular quality checks and site walks to ensure top site functionality and performance throughout all page templates and customer journeys.
Collaborate with Product Owner and development agency to identify, prioritise, and resolve bugs or technical issues promptly, championing the Bo&Tee website.
Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and industry standards across all Bo&Tee customer touchpoints.
Feature Development & Implementation Partner with cross-functional teams to define, test, and launch new features that enhance customer experience and drive business goals.
Monitor site performance BAU as well as post-launch and make iterative improvements based on data and insights from colleagues in CX and CRO.
Ensure timely updates for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches, working closely with different teams to ensure accuracy and high standards of quality.
Performance Work closely with product and CRO colleagues to ensure site is performant, loads quickly and has all key features of a high functioning ecommerce store.
Work closely with our ecom and trade team to ensure trading strategies are accurately reflected across all customer touchpoints on the Bo&Tee site and app.
Take responsibility for ensure accurate and engaging display of products, categories, and promotions across all online real estate.
Conduct regular site audits to evaluate product promotion strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Navigation & Customer Experience Own the structure and usability of site navigation, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Utilise data-driven insights (heatmaps, analytics, user feedback) to enhance navigation and minimise friction points.
Work with trading to optimise site search functionality to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
Reporting & Analysis Track and monitor key performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer engagement to ensure we're continuously improving and striving for better results.
Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis and performance trends.
Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing frontend displays and user experience of Shopify stores or a similar e-commerce platform/s.
Ability to work alongside numerous different internal and external teams with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate many different moving parts, prioritising where needed.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues, and suggesting strategic improvements.
Additional experience working in visual content, marketing or communications fields is also a benefit.
