What You'll Do Here's how you'll contribute to Hill's vision:
Craft Winning Bids : Deliver top-tier qualitative submissions, including SQs and ITTs, collaborating closely with our pre-construction and regional teams.
Showcase Excellence : Develop compelling case studies, maintain up-to-date CVs, and create standout responses for our submission library.
Drive Results : Research clients, structure submission documents, and produce flawless final documentation using tools like Adobe InDesign.
Collaborate to Excel : Work hand-in-hand with marketing coordinators and other teams to gather high-quality visuals and information for submissions.
Set the Standard : Support pre- and post-tender presentations with polished materials that reflect Hill's reputation as a trusted partner of choice.
What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Bid Writer (ideally in housebuilding or construction).
Exceptional written English, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and craft persuasive narratives.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
A sharp eye for detail and a proactive attitude to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
Experience with Adobe InDesign (highly desirable).
