About The Role: A rare opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and sought after design management consultancy that are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their ambitious and social London team.
The role will be key within the team and will work closely with the Marketing Manager and senior leadership team to lead and coordinate across the full scope of the bid process, including creating high quality bid materials and building strong relationships with key clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a background in architecture/the built environment having worked in practice and will be highly proficient in Adobe InDesign.

Key Responsibilities: Formulate strategic bids that reflect the studio's goals and standards Create compelling proposals and high-quality bid documents Establish best practices for the bidding process Articulate how the studio assists architects and designers to external audiences Meet targets and key metrics for bid performance Foster connections with clients and prospects Revise and enhance bid content for clarity and client alignment Collaborate across teams to ensure timely proposal delivery Oversee the process after bid submission and maintain and organise bid-related resources Prepare templates and related documentation for bids Evaluate bid data to uncover trends and gain competitive insights Research client needs to strengthen bid strategies Track bid opportunities and report outcomes to leadership Key Skills/Requirements: Experience in a similar role within the architecture industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Essential proficiency in Adobe InDesign Skilled at prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills High precision in editing and proofreading tasks Hands-on and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Innovative and strategic thinker with expertise in crafting engaging proposals Team-oriented individual who collaborates effectively with colleagues and clients To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
