Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be assisting our client, a leading consultancy, for the recruitment of a Bid Manager to join the team in their Belfast office.

Duties Daily Tender - circulate new opportunities to Directors List/programming all tender submissions monthly for Directors Maintain the Tender Index (recording tenders lodged, fees, outcome etc) Maintain Bid submissions folders Manage all tendering procedures, reporting to each Director Prepare, obtain and co-ordinate all information required from Consultant teams/Directors & complete tender applications Circulate tender information/clarifications to consultant teams daily Write PQQ & ITT quality questionnaire responses for Director review Liaise with staff on project details, supporting documentation etc.
Make electronic & hard copy tender submissions Provide Directors and Accounts Manager with all data/financial information relating to successful tenders Manage the Tender Index and prepare annual report to Directors on tender applications Update General Answers/project information on server Maintain annual certifications required to support tender submissions Criteria 3+ years in a similar role Demonstrated expertise in professional writing, ideally within a bidding or proposal context.
Experience thriving in high-pressure roles with strict deadline adherence.
Proficient in managing multiple projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders effectively.
Skilled at producing clear, concise, and detail-oriented written materials.
A confident and effective communicator.
Exceptional skills in project planning, organization, and management.
