We are seeking a proactive individual with proven experience in HR with a focus on benefits administration, employee engagement, and/or reward strategies.
You will have experience in designing and implementing comprehensive benefits programmes and have the ability to interpret data to provide evidence-based recommendations.
You will possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, providing support, guidance, and leadership to colleagues.
