Full-Time Teaching Assistant Role – KS2 Behaviour Support Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant for a full-time position supporting Key Stage 2 pupils with challenging behaviour.
This rewarding opportunity is based in a supportive primary school in Bispham and starts in January.
Key Responsibilities: Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with challenging behaviours Implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress Encouraging a safe and inclusive learning environment What We're Looking For: Experience working with children who display challenging behaviour (in or out of a school setting) A calm, patient, and nurturing approach Strong communication and de-escalation skills A commitment to supporting the wellbeing and progress of all pupils What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Access to CPD and behaviour management training A dedicated consultant to guide you through the process If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and have the skills to support pupils with challenging behaviour, we'd love to hear from you!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
