We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a secondary SEMH school in Salford.
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs, assisting them in managing their behaviour and emotions.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Implement strategies and interventions to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
Foster positive relationships with students, helping them build confidence and resilience.
Requirements: Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (can be obtained through Teaching Personnel).
References covering two years of employment history.
Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Benefits: Competitive daily rate of £84+ per day through PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees).
Weekly payment.
Full-time role with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday.
