We are currently looking for a dedicated person to join our team in the position of a Behaviour Support Assistant in November 2024 .
The role is located in a specialist education setting, catering to students aged 4-16 years old.
The Behaviour Support Assistant position focuses on building trust and rapport, developing independence and motivating students throughout their education.
Supporting learners who are facing challenges with behaviour management and displays Assisting students learning healthy coping mechanisms and emotional regulation Tracking progress and implementing education plans Practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts Motivate students to develop independence and engagement with learning material We are dedicated to nurturing a supportive community for school employees to evolve and develop their skills when supporting children with additional needs .

Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level is very beneficial but not mandatory.
Relevant education or previous experience is welcomed.
