Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning space.

Maintain accurate records of interventions, incidents, and progress to inform support strategies.
Behaviour Mentor Assistant Essential Requirements: A degree in Psychology or a related field Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised UK university.
Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and collaborate with staff.
Behaviour Mentor Assistant Benefits: Competitive daily rate of £96-£105 on a permanent PAYE contract.
