Agora Talent are delighted to be partnering with an ambitious luxury London based beauty and lifestyle Sales Agency looking for an experienced Wholesale Beauty Sales Manager.
This role will be representing a beautifully cool mix of emerging and established beauty and wellness brands and requires an experienced Sales Manager with a background in beauty sales alongside a solid retail network across the UK and ideally European markets.
Duties & Responsibilities Identify high value and high-potential new accounts across markets, whilst developing existing relationships across Buying, Merchandising and Marketing.
Driving, monitoring and optimising sales performance, providing communication support in a timely manner and maximising opportunities Negotiating commercial terms, pricing, distribution, special projects, marketing activations and store installations.
Planning sales forecasting, exceeding company targets and maximising buying budgets while identifying strategic opportunities for growth and expansion.
Gaining a strong understanding of product knowledge, proactively exploring opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell across portfolio Cross functional working with Marketing, CRM and Creative to create and execute commercial strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Experience & Skill Requirements An operational strategic leader A wholesale Sales background Experience working within the premium beauty sector Deep knowledge of the beauty industry Commercial, highly numerical and with a target driven approach.
Strong communication and organisational skills A data driven approach and an ability to interpret analytics and financials into recommendations Reporting and presenting skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
