The Role... We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Babington House (BA11 3RW).
Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences.
Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.
What we are looking for in a Bartender... 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential) Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required Physical Requirements: Must be over the age of 18 Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required Expected working hours for a Bartender: Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes Average hours 32-45 hours per week Travel: Approx.
