Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender at Angus Steakhouse, you will craft delicious cocktails, provide exceptional service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages Engage with guests to provide recommendations and ensure their satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock rotation Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol laws Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Previous experience as a Bartender or mixologist in a high-volume bar Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits: £14.94 hourly starting salary and a raise to £15.94 after probation- inclusive of tronc A free staff meal on shift 50% discount on food and drink Peoples Pension scheme contribution after 3 months Recommend a friend scheme with great bonuses per individual referral A fast-track career progression and CPL training 28 Days paid holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays AMRT1_UKCT
