Your purpose will be: To create a sophisticated and memorable experience for each and every guest who walks through the door no matter who they are. Whilst remembering the order and serving the correct drink is important making an emotional connection with our guests and making their time in the bar memorable ( in a good way) is most important.
You will be looking after several tables at once talking with the guests making recommendations if needed as well as collaborating and clearly communicating with the host bar and management team to ensure a seamless five star experience for our guests.
Learning and following our 5 star standards will a requirement and key to your success; the expectation being that you will perform to measurable targets.
You will learn how to deliver 5 star hospitality and you will be trained on service sequence and standards; as well as being expected within a reasonable timescale to be confident in your knowledge of our cocktails champagnes wines and food that we serve.
You will attend trainings and learn from other team members on a daily basis as well as being coached by your leader on the job.

Qualifications : What you will need to do this role: Essential: 12 years serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment Passion for and understanding of 5 star hospitality and what it takes to deliver it Quick thinking resourceful and able to solve problems in the moment Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and changing environment Able to work collaboratively as part of a team Willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays Good knowledge of spoken and written English Rights to work in the UK Desirable: Basic knowledge of a POS System Basic knowledge of Open table Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi skilling and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
