POSITION OVERVIEW We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Rivoli Bar & Lounge as our Receptionist.
You must be passionate in delivering and conveying service excellence both in person and over the phone - this role requires you to provide a warm and friendly meeting and greeting service and to take reservations for the Rivoli Bar.
As a Bar and Lounge Receptionist, you must be fully conversant with all of our menus within the Rivoli Bar and be knowledgeable of all other Food & Beverage and Hotel Outlets.
This role also covers a section of the floor in the gallery.
