About the Role The firm are seeking a talented Banking & Finance solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their growing team.
In this role, you will gain exposure to a variety of transactions, working alongside experienced partners on matters across the entire banking and finance spectrum.
Responsibilities You will advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including:
