Banking & Finance Paralegal

Our client is a well-known City firm with an excellent reputation for full service commercial advice and impressive roster of international clients.
The Finance group focus on complex, cross-border finance transactions.
The team is looking for a paralegal to join on a permanent basis to assist with all phases of transactions including:Initial preparation and collation of documentation (e.g.
board minutes, shareholder resolutions and directors certificates);production of drafts of finance documents;completion and review of company searches and review forms;signing and closing arrangements for financing transactions (including drafting completion agendas, arranging signatories, checking quorum and arranging execution); andpost-completion documents and registrations.This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to partners and senior members of the group and assisting with client management.
The role has lots of potential for career development (including TC prospects) for the right candidate.
You must have an excellent academic record (2.1 AAB) and previous experience working in finance / funds / private equity / hedge funds / investment management / corporate finance for a comparable City firm, or in-house at a bank / investment management firm.
Excellent interpersonal skills are, of course, imperative.
