If so, we would love to hear from you.Benefits:Inclusive working environmentLearning and development opportunitiesNHS PensionFree Parking Main duties of the job The Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (ERI) will working withinthe Defence medical Rehabilitation programme (DMRP) to provide a high standard of exercise-based rehabilitation, includinghighly specialist work in the musculo-skeletal/sports and training injury area.

Job description Job responsibilities Duties will include, but are not limited to:Performing appropriate clinical assessments and to design and implement safe and progressive exercise treatment schedules for all patients after the Medical Officer (MO)/Physiotherapist/Clinical Team Manager (DMRC only) has made a diagnosis.
Communicating effectively with patients to ensure informed consent for treatment, good understanding of their conditions and maximise their rehabilitation potential.
Ensuring attendance at specialist/review clinics, provide an update of each patient to the clinical lead for the patient/group and the provision of progress and other clinical reports, as directed.
Ensuring that high standards of confidentiality, recording, filing and storage of patient notes and statistical information are achieved and maintained in local policy.For further information of duties and responsibilities please see full job description and person specification attached.Selection Process:The selection at sift stage will be based on your CV.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) British Sports Rehabilitation & Trainers (BASRaT) and accredited Graduate Sports Rehabilitators.
