Band 3 Administrator

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a talented Band 3 Administrative Assistant to join our client at Knockbreda Healthcare Centre.
This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for a six-month contract.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Rate of Pay £11.67 per hour, with weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including appointment scheduling, minute taking, and maintaining filing systems.
Maintain standards of confidentiality regarding all information held in respect of service users and professional staff.
Manage referrals for the multi-disciplinary team efficiently using Trust systems and databases.
Maintain patient records, manage stock supplies, and assist in producing required statistics.
Requirements: At least one year of administrative experience.
Previous minute taking experience.
Five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
