A BAM apprenticeship is a full time earn and learn position; where you will be involved in supporting BAM deliver multi million pound projects.

On completion of a Higher level 4 apprenticeship, you will then be given the opportunity to progress on to a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship and gain a full honours degree.
The purpose of the Apprentice Performance Improvement Analyst role is to learn how data can be used to answer questions and solve problems.
This involves participating in requirement-gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modelling data to discover useful information, inform conclusions, and support decision-making.
Data analysis encompasses diverse techniques and approaches under various names, playing a crucial role in making decisions more evidence-based and helping organizations operate more effectively.
What you'll be doing Engage in training sessions and practical work to develop skills in data analysis.
A ssist in collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
Support the inspection and cleansing of data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Help transform and model data to uncover insights and patterns.
Participate in using data to discover useful information and trends to support decision-making.
Learn to handle data in a compliant, safe, and secure manner, adhering to company data policy and legislation.
Work alongside colleagues at various levels within the organization and potentially with external clients to provide data analysis services.
Stay abreast of changes and trends in the data industry, including new languages, tools, and software.
