Bakery Chef De Partie

Ottolenghi is a London based restaurant and deli group.
We are looking for a Bakery Chef de Partie to join our central production unit to support our bakery team.
The central production unit is a tight-knit team of chefs who prepare fresh food products for our venues.
The role is based around day shift- a mix of early mornings and weekends.
Main Responsibilities : Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and icings Operate bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, laminators) Maintain product quality and consistency Help manage inventory and keep a clean, organized workspace What Were Looking For : Suitable for an experienced Chef de Partie, baking experience is not essential Strong attention to detail and recipe accuracy Ability to perform in a busy kitchen environment If you would like to work as a chef but not in a restaurant, join Ottolenghis central production kitchen and bring exceptional baked goods to life!
