We are seeking a passionate Education Autism Practitioner to join our team at Underley Garden School, part of the Outcomes First Group.

Job Summary This role involves working 4 days a week, providing education and support to young people with complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Non-Verbal and Pre-Verbal and Communicational difficulties.
The ideal candidate will be able to help prepare learning materials, run classroom activities, and connect with pupils to get the best from their education.
Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing learning materials and delivering classroom activities Build strong relationships with pupils and young people, helping them achieve their full potential Support pupils with complex needs, including those with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Non-Verbal and Pre-Verbal and Communicational difficulties Requirements The successful candidate will possess a Full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
They will also hold GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Benefits We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
