Field Service Engineer Normington Up To £30,000 Key Responsibilities: Support the Service Department in the repair and maintenance of hire fleet and customers' equipment.
Ensure a high quality of service and equipment to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be required to Carry out planned service and maintenance work on both hire fleet and customers' equipment.
Perform fault location, diagnosis, and rectification on hire fleet and customers' equipment.
Prepare equipment for hire and manage installation and disconnection of equipment on site (including synchronizing where appropriate).
Install and commission power to temporary site accommodation (wiring in where appropriate).
Load and unload vehicles as necessary.
Participate in the call-out rota system.
Maintain tidy work areas through general housekeeping.
Complete and submit all company paperwork as per procedure.
Safeguard all Company assets; ensure nothing leaves the depot without correct paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of company vehicles or any occasional loan vehicles.
Promote teamwork and co-operation across the Company.
Treat all employees and customers professionally and with respect.
Act in the best interests of the Company.
Follow safe working practices and adhere to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental guidelines (ISO 9001:14001 and OHSAS 18001).
