Our client, a global top-10 Sovereign Wealth Fund, is looking to add a Venture Capital Funds Investment Associate to their Funds Investment Department.
This individual will get the opportunity to build and maintain a global portfolio across sectors within the venture capital space Core Experience & Skills Needed: Venture Capital Focus: Expertise in venture capital with a strong track record of executing and managing transactions 5-8 years of experience is required Investment Analysis & Fund Selection: Skilled in conducting due diligence, analysing investment opportunities, and selecting funds across various venture capital sectors Portfolio Management & Strategy: Proven ability in managing and contributing to diversified venture capital portfolios, with expertise in performance monitoring, risk assessment, and portfolio rebalancing Possesses a keen understanding of macroeconomic and sector-specific trends shaping the venture capital landscape Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external fund managers and other stakeholders within the venture capital space Skilled in gathering market insights, staying up-to-date with industry developments, and leveraging networks to identify new opportunities Reporting & Communication: Experience in generating performance reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders Strong communication skills for articulating portfolio performance insights and making strategic recommendations
