We are now seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Performance to join our leadership team and help drive the Trust's vision for exceptional performance and service delivery.
Main duties of the job As the Associate Director of Performance, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing performance management frameworks across the Trust.
You will provide strategic direction and lead initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care aligned with NHS standards and targets.
We are looking fora strategic thinker and a performance-driven leader with a passion for healthcare excellence.
You will have experience in performance management within the NHS or a similar setting, coupled with a strong understanding of NHS standards and regulations.
About us The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop's Stortford, and St Margaret's Hospital in Epping.We employ over 4,000 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire, centred on the M11 corridor and the towns of Harlow, Bishop's Stortford and Epping.
