Associate Director - Asset Services London Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits Job Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Asset Services team as an Associate Director of Property Management. This is a senior leadership role in a dynamic and expanding team, dedicated to fostering local communities through exceptional property management and delivering outstanding service to occupiers, visitors, and the wider community.
As an Associate Director, you will take a strategic leadership role in overseeing a portfolio of mixed-use properties and work closely with senior management to drive operational efficiency, business growth, and environmental sustainability initiatives. You will ensure the effective delivery of property management services, manage key client relationships, and lead on business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of mixed-use properties, providing strategic guidance and leadership to on-site teams, including Facilities Management and Accounts, to ensure seamless service delivery.Collaborate with clients, professional teams, and key stakeholders to meet key performance measures, including service charges, arrears management, turnover rents, and data management.Lead on property acquisitions, disposals, and transitions in and out of management, coordinating due diligence and liaising with investment teams.Act as the key point of contact for high-profile clients, chair client meetings, and address complex occupier queries, ensuring a proactive and solution-focused approach.Drive environmental management initiatives, green plans, and sustainability strategies across the portfolio, aligning with broader organisational ESG goals.Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contract obligations, with a focus on delivering operational excellence and value-added services.Contribute to and lead business development initiatives, including identifying growth opportunities, expanding client relationships, and driving marketing and operational efficiencies.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and aligned with client expectations and organisational standards.Requirements: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios and delivering results.Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to oversee teams and build effective relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of commercial property management practices, including service charge management, arrears collection, and performance reporting.Experience in managing sustainability and environmental initiatives within a property management framework.Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Strong IT skills, with proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi Voyager), Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools.Full UK driving licence and access to a car for regular property visits.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please contact Sam Lee on 020 3757 5000 or email ******
