Apply today! Purpose of Role The Assistant Store Manager assists in driving the achievement of sales goals, profitability and other Key Performance Indicators while performing day to day operations. This role is responsible for supporting merchandising standards and delivering operational excellence while leading, coaching, and mentoring teammates. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager assumes their responsibilities.
