The Role The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our legal enquiry service and handling varied research requests for cases, legislation, precedents and more.

You will serve a crucial function in maintaining and enhancing our unrivalled collection of current and historic law, identifying and procuring essential resources that support legal research and professional excellence.
You'll have the opportunity to lead on implementing a new classification system (Moys), and contribute to wider team projects, such as legal research training sessions.

In your role, you will be working directly with them to deliver excellent research services that assist in their legal practice.
Your expertise will maintain the relevance and integrity of our collection, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of solicitors, law firm staff, and the legal community we serve.
What we're looking for The ideal candidate will have proven experience of legal information enquiry work and of research using hardcopy and online databases.
You will have strong analytical skills to assess collection needs and make informed decisions based on your extensive knowledge of current UK legal information resources.
Your positive professional attitude and proactive approach, will enable you to take the lead on projects, adapt to new challenges and take the initiative with creative solutions.
With excellent communication skills and customer service experience, you will confidently work with our members and colleagues to deliver our fantastic professional enquiry service to the large membership of solicitors across England and Wales.

Salary: £29567 - £35655 per annum + 3% flex fund after 3 months + bens.
