Assistant General Manager – Leading Leisure brand Wilmslow £28-£30k plus bonus A fantastic leisure industry job My client is a leading leisure operator with ambitious expansion plans over the next 1-3 years and we are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to take charge of all things fun, birthday parties and customer service at their site in Wilmslow.
They hold the 'customer experience' at the centre of their strategy and their General managers live and breathe this.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operations of the site and will be expected to be a natural leader.
You will be managing a team and taking the lead on service, birthday parties and guest experience.
You will also have the responsibility of keeping staff and customers safe and will have a natural passion for customer service and seeing people have fun!
You will be driven by delivering an amazing experience to the members in an environment where no 2 days are the same.
You need to have a hands-on, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
We are extremely keen to speak to experienced managers who are looking for a new challenge with an ambitious company with exciting plans in 2025 and beyond.
Ideally I am looking to speak to candidates who are Assistant Managers or Operations Managers working in a multi-faceted, fast moving, customer facing business.
