Assistant General Manager, Salary - £32,000 - £40,000 Live in available Bonus schemes Meals provided on shift, Holiday Pro rata 28 days pcy As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for: The day to day running of the restaurant.
Involved in all areas of stock control and gross profit margins.
Managing and inspiring at team of up to 10+ staff Working closely with the Head Chef Running the day-to-day operations Experienced in running service & standards.
Coming up with new ideas Focusing on attention to detail Maintaining brand standards Training and development of staff Working under pressure Be able to think on your feet to solve problems.
The Ideal candidate will be: An experienced Assistant General Manager with at least 1/2 years experience working in a busy Bar environment.
Must have worked in busy environments.
Must have strong communication skills.
Experience working alongside the General Manager Must have experience in managing teams.
Focus on attention to detail.
Flexible in working hours.
Must be self-motivated.
Dealing with senior Managers and Directors Good understanding about H&S and food hygiene Upbeat personality Friendly and upbeat personality The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent culinary service to the clientele and a proven track record in a fresh food restaurant environment.
