Overview of the Role The Operations & Commercial team of PLATFORM_ is looking to hire an Asset Management Analyst intern to support them with key projects over the next 6 months.
The successful candidate will report into the Asset Manager and be given a high level of responsibility and gain great exposure to the senior management team, external parties, and investors.
They will play a key role in maximising the value of the current portfolios, as well as shaping the new sites currently under construction.
Principal Responsibilities: Undertake analysis and prepare reports concerning the performance of the portfolio using Excel data tools, mathematical and statistical functions Assist with the financial reporting requirements of the existing portfolio Support the day-to-day asset management requirements of the existing portfolio Provide ad hoc support to senior team members Assist with the analysis and dissemination of internal and external market research Undertake analysis of property budgets and performance vs target Work with external leasing agents and property management teams The role will be based in London and will involve national travel Personal Qualities: Numerate and capable of logical thinking and reasoning, with strong Excel proficiency Attention to and care for detail in all work Pro-active, self-motivated and adept at using own initiative Confidence, independence and interest in working in a non-hierarchical and entrepreneurial environment An aptitude in prioritising workloads and working efficiently to a high standard to set deadlines Positive energy and contribution to team spirit Ambition and desire to build personal skill-set and value in the role Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
