About the role As an ASF Enrolment Officer, you will be providing an effective and timely service in the enrolment of Adult Skills Fund applicants for LMP Education.
You will be responsible for the administration of all Adult Skills Fund starts across multiple contracts, ensuring fully compliant, eligible paperwork is completed.
You will adhere to the standardised processes in place before handover to our Funding and Compliance team.
Your eye for detail and rigorous approach to quality will be crucial in ensuring that LMP Education meets its right first-time requirements, ranging from checking prior learning, identity, and residency checks, assessing initial assessments, and finally ensuring that we embed all our practices, core values, and exception customer service in this role.
Role and responsibilities Undertake enrolments of Adult Skills learners, including the administration around this process Checking eligibility and verification steps for all enrolled learners in line with required funding rules for the contract Conduct prior attainment checks and review initial assessment results in line with programme and funding requirements Ensure perfect compliance of all documents and a 'right first time' approach is followed Work closely with the Adult Skills Sales team to ensure that all learners are ready for enrolment Complete paperwork and pre-enrolment checks using our MI System (PICS) Assist in housekeeping of learner files on our electronic data systems ensuring clean live data is always retained To play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experience is at the forefront of all admissions processes and procedures The skills, attributes and experience you must have Confidence communicating with applicants, learners, internal and external customers Excellent telephone manner Attention to detail with administration tasks Compliance driven and methodical Experience with electronic paperwork Experience with MI systems Demonstrate good teamwork across the department Experience in Adult Skills, eligibility and funding requirements - DfE and Devolved Embrace the company's work ethics and core values Grades C/4 in maths and English and IT strengths Work Flexibly to support the business needs What's in it for you(remuneration & benefits)?
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays.

Confidentiality The post holder must maintain the confidentiality of information about clients, staff and other LMP stakeholders.
Some work is confidential, and information gained must not be communicated to other persons except in the recognised course of duty.
