JOB TITLE: Asbestos Surveyor LOCATION: Exeter SALARY: £19.23 per hour The Employer: We are currently looking to fill the position of Asbestos Surveyor within a housing environment, As well as meeting housing demand our client aims to enable local companies to recruit the workforce they need from their communities.

The Role: To undertake a mix of Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in customer properties to meet legal requirements To carry out single and multiple room surveys, roof and job specific surveys as well as full property management surveys Arranging and completing the visits to customers in their homes across a substantial geographical area Delivering a service, providing a high-quality level of care A full driving licence is essential for this position as a company van will be provided The Candidate will need: To hold a BOHS P402 To hold a BOHS P405 To hold a degree in a role related subject To have a CIOB/CIH/RICS equivalent qualification in property surveying Confidence in literacy and numeracy skillset Experience in carrying out relevant surveys An advanced level of knowledge regarding Health and Safety and Asbestos legislation Experience in a similar role would be advantageous Experience of Decent Homes Standard and Housing H&S Rating System SUMMARY: Working hours to 37 a week, Monday – Friday.
