A teacher is required from February 2025 to teach Art with DT at a school in Staffordshire Ideally you would also have experience of a HOD role or have held a responsibility which would help within the department.
The role is to cover Maternity leave and would be until at least the end of the academic year.
Your Role: Teach engaging lessons aligned with current National Curriculum, adapting to different classroom settings Planning and marking Pupils work.
Taking part in parents evening, CPD, open evenings etc.
Ensure lessons align with curriculum goals & support student growth Build strong relationships with students & school staff to foster a positive learning environment Essentially, as an Art Teacher, you must also be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching.
The salary paid will relate to the salary scale set by the Academy applicable to the successful applicant.
Applicants for this position of Art Teacher will initially be screened over the telephone to assess suitability and then be invited for an interview with the agency prior to the interview with the school.
