Grosvenor Security is an Equal Opportunities Employer Overview: We are seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee service delivery at a fixed site in SW15 2LL until February 2025, transitioning to cover multiple client sites across the South of England thereafter.
This key role ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and effective staff management.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering strong and positive relationships to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor and manage cleaning operations to meet established quality and efficiency standards through regular site visits and audits.
Health & Safety: Enforce and promote adherence to health and safety protocols across all locations, ensuring staff compliance and safe practices.
Staff Management: Supervise staff performance, including appraisals, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Manage onboarding and training for new team members.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, including timesheets and HSEQ documentation, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities.
Equipment & Materials Management: Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of cleaning materials and equipment across all sites.
Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facilities management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and operational software.
A full, clean driving licence is essential.
