Job summary The Rotherham Foundation Trust Apprenticeship offers you awork placement for 18 months in Business Administration Level 3.

Main duties of the job Work as part of a team providing a full administrationservice in Universal Administration team.
This will include, but is not limitedto, the following:Undertake a variety of administrative and clerical asappropriate.
This includes the opening and distribution of post, typingclinical correspondence, data input, answering phones and booking appointments.Assist in managing various inboxes, responding to basicqueries and liaising with clinicians as required.Liaise with other departments.Answering telephone queries politely, promptly and in aprofessional manner.Dealing with queries as they occur throughout the day andpassing on messages promptly to the appropriate parties.Preparation of resources when required.Effective use of time management skills to prioritiseworkload.Scanning documents and reports for uploading againstelectronic patient records (EPR)To sign a learning contract with the training providerand adhere to the agreement.
