The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with social media influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's visibility and driving engagement through partnerships with influencers that align with our values and audience.
In this role: Influencer Partnerships: Quickly scale our influencer partnerships/seeding.
Content Impact: Ensure influencer-generated content contributes to an increase in engagement on Six Stories' social media platforms by leveraging authentic partnerships.
Sales Conversion: Drive measurable sales growth through influencer collaborations, increasing in sales tied to influencer-driven campaigns within the first year.
Audience Growth: Facilitate growth in social media followers by tapping into influencers' audiences, particularly in niches aligned with bridal, wedding, and occasionwear.
Campaign ROI: Ensure all influencer marketing campaigns generate a positive ROI by carefully monitoring performance metrics and optimising partnerships based on data analysis.

Responsibilities: Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify relevant influencers, bloggers, and online personalities across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Use tools and analytics to assess influencer metrics (engagement rate, audience demographics, etc.)
to ensure effective partnerships.
Initiate outreach to influencers, negotiating collaborations, and building long-term relationships.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote products.
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging, authentic content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Track campaign performance and ensure deliverables (e.g., posts, stories, videos) are met within deadlines.
Staying up to date with industry trends, culture and competitor activity on social media.
Relationship Building & Communication: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the brand and influencers, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.
Organise influencer gifting opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure that influencer collaborations are integrated across marketing efforts.
Qualifications : 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management or digital marketing.
Personal Attributes: A passion for social media, influencers, and digital trends.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
