Closing date for applications is: 29th Nov 2024 Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Animal Section Head will be responsible for leading a team of six full-time staff and typically two seasonal staff.
They will have day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of animal welfare and husbandry, as well as the presentation of the collection and exhibits.
This role involves close collaboration with the Operations Manager on strategic issues including collection planning, breeding policy, and ethics.
