Job Details: Role: Anatomical Pathology Technician Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Core hours) Additional: Opportunity to cover on-call service Start Date: 25th November 2024 End Date: 28th February 2025 Shift Coverage: 70 shifts Location: Whiston Hospital, Mortuary Key Responsibilities: Working in the mortuary providing essential anatomical pathology services.
Contributing to the processing and examination of tissue specimens.
Ensuring high standards of clinical care, hygiene, and safety.
Supporting the team with mortuary-related tasks.
Opportunity to cover on-call service as required.
Requirements: Must be qualified as an Anatomical Pathology Technician or equivalent.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Flexibility to work shifts and on-call if required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
