Analyst-Business Analyst

We're working with a leading software and services provider as they look for an Operations Business Analyst to join their Metering team.
Support operational delivery, collaborating with product and program teams on software enhancements and industry initiatives.
Lead efforts on the Market Wide Half Hourly Settlement Program, ensuring seamless operational support.
Provide expert advice to internal teams and clients, representing the business in workshops and product development discussions.
Manage additional work requests and contribute to contract renewals by showcasing operational value.

A strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in SQL and/or automation tools being a bonus.
