Job Description: Job Title: Outlet Allocator Duration: December 1st to May 23rd Hourly Rate: £15- £18 Shifts: Monday to Friday - 8hr/day (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) Location: London SW1P Availability: Immediate start or short notice required Organisation Unit: Merchandising, Europe & Middle East, India & Africa Scope Of Job: EMEIA PURPOSE: Execute and communicate Allocation strategies for the Outlet channel to optimise inventory levels and maximise sales by site.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Allocation tool: Be efficient with our allocation & replenishment tool (A&R) Understanding of SAP system Day to Day Allocation: In partnership with the Senior Allocator complete daily picks for stores in the Outlet network Liaise with Hub & Logistics teams to ensure picks get to stores in a timely manner Supports ad hoc store requests - ensuring prompt deliveries Produce weekly updates on key product / operational moments to support store teams Ensure maximisation of sales, inventory & stock turn, at total channel level Produce weekly analysis reports for Outlet channel, to identify potential out of stocks, size imbalances and areas of opportunity at combination level, and proactively react and communicate to relevant teams.
Produce weekly capacity reports to aid the identification of potential opportunities and risks, based on Floorplans and stock flow.
Strive to educate key interfaces about the Allocation function and constantly look for opportunities to enhance current working practices.
Establish themselves as the key point of contact for stores and the Outlet Operations team People Management: Supports the Senior Allocator with the achievements of the Allocation strategies.
Actively promotes the Allocation function to the wider teams.
MEASURE OF SUCCESS Meeting and / or exceeding budgeted financial metrics including sales, margin and inventory targets, within the Outlet channel Optimise overall store inventory levels Contributes to a highly motivated team, and proactively fosters collaboration among cross functional teams (Merchandising, Planning, VM, Regional Retail Directors, Stores, Operations and Logistics).
