Agile Delivery Lead

We are looking for an Agile Delivery Lead to join one of our business's largest clients.
The client is one of the UK's most famous and iconic retail brands.
You will lead multi-discipline delivery teams and play an essential role in taking new digital products from conception to implementation.
You'll be passionate about delivery and understanding, defining and delivering solutions collaboratively to achieve business outcomes and value.
You'll need to be confident in challenging business requirements to ensure the teams deliver the best possible outcome.
You'll work closely with the clients and multi-partner teams to understand the business needs, help translate that to deliverable iterations and ensure positive delivery outcomes.
You will coach and mentor those around you.
You must be hands-on delivery-wise whilst improving delivery practices within the clients' business.
You must be commercially aware of running project budgets between your client and our business, working with the client's Head of Delivery and our business's account team to report on your project and drive the resolution of any significant blockers or problems.
We are looking for a passionate and driven leader for the people in your teams & around the role.
Ensuring they are all equipped to succeed whilst providing pastoral care to those around you.
We are looking for someone who is immediately available.
Requirements It would be great if you have Passion for building high-performing, cross-functional digital teams and delivery of world-class digital products Strong understanding of retail e-commerce digital practices, marketing leading CMS and microservices delivery Experience working within a service agency or consulting environment Working knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean and DevOps frameworks Experience leading one or more multi-discipline teams, using agile best practices, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure they benefit most from their chosen framework.
Experience building strong working relationships with all levels of clients in and around your day-to-day work Measure and analyse team performance using appropriate tools and metrics Experience fostering an open and honest environment where achievements are celebrated, and mistakes are learned, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence to help resolve conflicts where necessary.
Experience championing continuous improvement by encouraging the team to try new techniques and ways of working to support them in their pursuit of high performance.
As a more experienced delivery lead, it will be crucial to our growth for you to interview potential new hires, mentor team members and own your team's resource allocation needs.
