Role: Agency Sous Chef Location: Slough, Berkshire Salary / Rate of pay: £18-£20 per hour Platinum Recruitment are currently supporting an events and wedding venue just outside of Slough in Berkshire.
We have an opportunity for an agency Sous Chef who can commute to the venue daily, for a period of 2 weeks, between Wednesday 4th December and Wednesday 18th December, inclusive.
Straight shifts would be offered.
This temporary assignment will be to support their existing team with Christmas Party nights and prepare for them in the run-up.
Please note that accommodation is not available for this assignment therefore you must be able to commute to the Slough area daily to be considered for this temporary assignment, however, we do also recruit relief chefs for other assignments nationwide if you'd like to see a different part of the country instead!

What's involved?
As an Agency Sous Chef you will be supporting our client on a temporary basis, working closely with the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team in their absence.
You will provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, ensuring company standards are met, whilst also getting involved in the preparing, cooking, and presenting of dishes for the Christmas party nights.
