Location: Watton, Norfolk Salary: £22k - £24k plus growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time, Entry-Level About Us: My client is a dynamic and thriving manufacturing company, producing high-quality products with a commitment to excellence in both engineering and customer satisfaction.
We're seeking a proactive and tech-savvy After Sales Administrator to join our team.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is fresh out of school or college and looking to kick-start a career with potential for growth in engineering, sales, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and complaints via various communication methods.
Process requests and queries effectively.
Coordinate with the engineering and sales teams to resolve technical or product-related issues.
Maintain and update after-sales records in our database.
Prepare regular reports on after-sales performance and customer feedback.
Identify ways to improve customer experience based on feedback and metrics.
Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
Who We're Looking For: Recent school or college graduate (prior experience is not essential).
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of basic software tools (MS Office, databases, CRM systems).
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or sales is a bonus.
Desire to learn and grow within the company.
