Key Responsibilities: Perform personal consultations and develop bespoke treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
Perform a range of skin and body treatments using the latest technology.
Ensure exceptional treatment outcomes that foster repeat business and referrals.
Create a welcoming and professional service to ensure a unique patient journey.
Collaborate with team members and management to consistently suggest ideas for improvement.
Ensure treatment rooms are meticulously organised and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
Candidate Profile: Minimum NVQ Level 3 with three years + working as an Aesthetic Therapist / Aesthetician with experience and training in various skin and body treatments.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding client care.
Takes pride in their work, always striving for improvement.
Passionate about aesthetics with a commitment to continuous learning.
Stays abreast of the latest trends in the aesthetic industry.
Personable and confident, able to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Flexible with working hours and dedicated to contributing to the clinic's overall success.
