Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a team based in Redhill.
This is a full-time role with a highly competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients, working autonomously to manage complex cases.
Prescribe medications and develop individualised care plans, following evidence-based practices to ensure the best outcomes.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, offering guidance and support to staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
Deliver health education and promote wellbeing initiatives within the community.
