Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive improvements in patient care.
Innovation and Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and processes, staying abreast of the latest advancements in biomedical science.

Qualifications and Experience: HCPC Registration (required).
BSc in Biomedical Science, Clinical Medicine, or a related field.
Significant experience in Flow Cytometry with a strong understanding of its clinical applications.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with the confidence to influence decisions and improve laboratory practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential BSc in Clinical or Biomedical Sciences HCPC Registration Desirable HCPC Registration (required).
BSc in Biomedical Science, Clinical Medicine, or a related field.
